By making a booking for one of our courses you accept that:
1.            We aim to create a happy, safe and enjoyable space for your course but jewellery making does involve the use of potentially hazardous equipment, machinery and materials.
2.            You will be fully instructed in the use of the equipment, machinery and materials by your tutor who will use all reasonable efforts to ensure your safety.
3.            However, accidents can happen particularly if you do not understand or do not follow the instructions and guidance that you are given by your tutor or for any reason you have difficulty in doing so.
4.            We will not accept bookings for anyone less than 16 years old and all participants in courses between the ages of 16 and 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
5.            Only those participating in a course are permitted to enter the workshop area.
6.            We ask you to wear closed shoes, to have long hair tied back and not to wear very loose or flowing clothes.
7.            We ask you not to arrive for the course if you have been drinking alcohol or have used any other substance which might affect your ability to understand and follow instructions and guidance.
8.            In the unlikely event of an accident whilst participating in the course, we will not be liable for any injury or damage that you may sustain unless it is caused by our negligence.
9.            We will not be liable for any injury that you sustain as a result of a pre-existing medical condition which might affect your ability to understand and follow instructions and guidance.
10.        We reserve the right at any time to exclude from the course anyone who we, in our reasonable opinion, consider poses or might pose a risk to themselves or to others.
